Return Process

Refund Processing

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To exchange an item:

  • Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange

Defective or Damaged Items
